Call for Vendors: HYPHAE Fundraiser Markets in November

HYPHAE: Makers Market & Skills Studio is seeking vendor and maker applications for fundraiser pop-up markets in November. These markets are a part of a larger fundraiser to open HYPHAE’s doors in January 2026.

These pop-ups overlap with the Easthampton Winter Farmers Market, providing us with a solid foundation of traffic to complement our traditional marketing strategies – we’ll be hosting vendors in 50 Arrow Gallery and the proposed HYPHAE space on the first floor of Eastworks.

Setup at 8 AM. Capacity: up to 30 vendors, mix of 10×10 spaces and 6-foot tables.

KN95 or better masks will be required, per radical community care and gallery policy. We will provide a limited number of masks at the market.

APPLICATION DECISIONS: BY OCTOBER 6, 2025 and then continued in a rolling process as we have space available. Upon acceptance, accepted vendors have until October 10 to confirm. After that, any available spaces will be redistributed.

CONFIRMATION, INFO, & TABLING FEE DEADLINE: OCTOBER 10. For those accepted after October 10, you will be asked to confirm within 72 hrs of acceptance.

VENDOR FEES: This event is part of a fundraiser series to open HYPHAE’s doors in January 2026. We’re asking vendors to donate a percent of daily sales or a set amount. Our typical table/booth fees are $20-$75; our goal is to raise $5,000 across these three events. Please note that placement in our markets does not depend on your ability to contribute a higher dollar amount towards this fundraiser. Thanks for your consideration!
