Anthony Melting Tallow, Bo’taan’niis (Flying Chief) a proud member of the Siksika Blackfoot First Nation. Through my art I work to addresses the urgent issue of violence against indigenous women, girls and Two-Spirit people amplifying our voices and stories through art, that becomes a powerful tool for understanding, healing and reconciliation. Through my work in the community i work to create a colorful, warm, relational invitation to all, to engage with the profound personal narratives that have shaped our shared history and our collective futures.
